Can you provide some more details about your setup. I don't understand what you mean? How many extensions have you created? What type of phones are you using? Are the phones registered?

Are you able to make ext to ext calls at your workplace? I'm guessing that the ata device at home, might be having registration issues. Can you log onto the console of the elastix server and check if the ata device is actually registered?

Not sure what is blocking the call. So you are unable to make calls either way?
Have you tried creating another extension and assign it to the device and try calling again?

So you have created an extension 9991?
If so, you have a problem with the definition of your outbound routes, since you have the default outbound route 9|. Which will try to send any number that starts with 9 through ZAP/g0.

In order to solve that issue, you can do two things:
1. Redefine correctly your outbound routes (use the same extension number)
2. Change the extension number, it should not start with 9 (use the same default outbound route)

I think this is not the issue because I also cannot dial other extension like 5550, 5551, 8881, also I'm not using 9|. prefix for outbound calls...

any other solution or suggestion
thanks
